This resolution creates a House Study Committee on Procurement Policies of Georgia Departments and Agencies Regarding Businesses Owned by Minorities and Women.  The resolution also allows for the creation of an advisory committee appointed by members of the study committee.  As currently written, this resolution does not apply to local governments.
